Tough day today with not many showing to the speed workout (me and Jenna). Overall good day, but I'm sure beat. Pete's Hill: 1, Me: 0 for those keeping score.
3 sets of 1250m, 625m, 210m. 1:30 recovery between reps, 3 min between sets. The loop was the triangle of trails at the top of Pete's (625m per lap).
