    Fighting off a cough, but I was able to get out with Tim for some miles.

    Got out to a new route with Aschim. Not a bad day weather wise and good conversation. Legs were a little tired from the speed yesterday, but the cool air helped them feel better.

    Overall, a good day but tough. 8x400m with 200m jog recovery which was typically 1:20. The 400's were: 76, 78, 77, 76, 76, 76, 77, 75. The rest of the distance was warm up and cool down.
