    Cycle/Strength class at The Club. Cycle felt pretty good, but the strength killed me (I have zero balance). However, it felt good to get the workout in. Looks like I can maybe try running on Sunday!

  18. I have to admit I had a great 2011, but not from a running perspective. I'm looking forward to getting rolling again after an injury plagued year. Here's to 2012!
