      Nice one! Do you ever train with en-route fuel sources? I've been trying to do my long-runs just on water lately. End up going slower but I feel it's making my endurance stronger. BTW, gonna be in Chi-town 16th July for 2 1/2 weeks, with one week up in Wisco.

      @danny I use Clif shot bloks on runs over 90 minutes. 2-3 pieces at most (6 to a pack). Use the margarita ones that are high in electrolytes. Wish we were in the area for your time here! Will just have to figure a trip to swissland instead!
