    really slow and kinda uncomfortable. I cut this walk short since I woke up with Charlie horses in both calves after a nap today. Gotta love pregnancy!

    pretty hot but windy, which felt good. it's amazing what a difference not taking my ipod today made on my pace. i slowed down more than a minute per mile!

    awesome day for a walk! sunny and 50 degrees. it was a little cold at first, but after the first mile, i felt great!

    struggled with a little abdomen discomfort, which i guess is normal during pregnancy, but i eased off as i needed to and sped up when i felt like i could.
