good Morning Run - Erin's Wedding Day 4.81 mi 00:46 09:31 pace

Went out for a morning run to relax and clear my head before getting ready for Erin's wedding. Decided on a loop of the Ala Wai, swinging past Iolani for old time's sake. Pushed through despite some moderate overheating near the end. Hadn't eaten anything before heading out, so when I made it back to the hotel room I grabbed a small box of leftover Korean from the day before out of the minifridge, plopped down onto the floor slumped against the wall, and started tearing into it cold, eating with my my hands. Best post-run food ever.

Shower and a shave and we're off to the races....
