great Judd Trail, Nuuanu Trail, Pauoa Flats Trail 6.82 mi 03:22 29:33 pace

Andrea and I went out and hit the trails looking for a little vertical (or at least I was looking for some vertical). Hiked the Nuuanu trail hard, initially intending to push over Pauoa Flats, down to Manoa Falls, and back again. But, when we got to the turnoff for the Aihualama trail, it was marked as closed. So, we headed up to the end of the Pauoa Flats trail instead and checked out the view. We may or may not have gotten turned around on the Judd Loop trail, and ended up doing an extra mile+ for no particular reason. I can neither confirm nor deny this stunning feat of poor trail navigation...
Lost a couple of tenths on the GPS track because I forgot to unpause.
