I did an easy 3 miles all around UNCG and the surrounding (hilly) area with my friend Amber, who is training for the OBX full marathon. I'll be doing that half in November. It had been so long since I'd taken a run with someone and passed the time by chatting. And it felt so cool! I think it's supposed to be humid again tomorrow & Sunday. I'm shooting for another run Sunday, then I have CrossFit starting back up on Monday! So excited!
