...until 7pm to run, and it was still 93 degrees. But I went anyway...I had been sick since last Thursday, and was only feeling back close to normal today. So I couldn't wait to get out and at least get a couple of miles in! I took a flat course, which was good, because the heat was kind of getting to me after about 1.5 miles.
