Aside from being jealous of all my ladies on DM who ran the Mini today in Central Park, I had a nice day & a nice workout tonight. 30 minutes on the Cybex Elliptical again, which actually gives me more of a calorie burn & just as good of a HR training workout as running without the impact on my janky knee. Although 30 min on that bores me more than 3 hours on the treadmill. Going to try to get out earlier tomorrow to avoid the 95 degree temps that were happening by noon. Nice job to all my Mini ladies!! I'm proud of you!! :)
