      Nice job. Always hard to get out there when the legs are sore, but way to push through. I always find that a good run loosens them up and helps.

    A little two mile run. My back was hurting pretty bad before the run, but the run seemed to help loosen it up. Felt quite a bit better after the run.

    Felt pretty good in spite of the high heat and humidity. Wasn't able to run until after 1pm with taking the kids to the swimming pool. Still, felt good and solid the entire run.

    A slow run in high heat (85) and humidity (about 90%). Felt pretty good overall, but tough to run anything other than slow in those conditions.

    A warm, humid morning. But I felt great running my first 3-miler so far! Everything if feeling good and solid. No pain other than standard muscle soreness, and not too much of that either.
