      Recovering- legs were trashed mon, tues and today but tonight I feel better - I should be okay to start running soon. Two marathons in three weeks I'm trying to be smart and not stupid but I want to get moving on my speed work ( typing this after a pens win and many beers) we can both start on some new goals here soon. You are killing it every day I should be right with you soon - I hate missing days like off
