  15. Hook me up with some suggestions for weight-lifting apps/programs. I want to get into more strength training, but can't afford a personal trainer.

      I have never tried any apps, but whenever I feel like my routine is getting stale I do a search on YouTube or Google to help me in designing strength training programs.
