      Shauna, here's what I have on the calendar:
      - Speedy 5k this Saturday (Maryville)
      - Red Brick 10k next month (somewhere in IA)
      - Pony Express half in September (St. Jo)
      - Chicago marathon in October
      - Gobbler Grind half in November (KC)

      I'm not big on long distance runs in the summer! The heat kills me.

      Looks solid!!! I love Chicago, and this year will be awesome b/c of the anniversary!!! I'll keep you posted what I find. I'll be passing out water this weekend at Garmin so I will be fulfilled this weekend on the other side of the course. Good luck on your 5k!!
