Walked 5 miles with Nancy yesterday so decided to get in my long run today. Went excellent through mile 4.5, running just by feel. Then at 4.5 I realized I didn't really know where I was. So there was some walking and running in circles until I found my way back to a street I recognized. It got toasty, fast, and I forgot my water at home. What's coaches second rule? Don't forget your hydration. Dangit...
