7 creek crossings. 1 snake crossing. 1 long hill workout. Half was trail and half was paved bike path. I was nervous about this run. Because of the triathlon I wasn't running as much as the rest of the team so this will be my longest run so far.

Turns out I didn't need to worry at all. I felt like I could have ran all day. The morning started overcast and breezy and then the sun popped out for the last 3 miles or so. I stuck to the plan, ate a little later than I would have liked because I lost track of time (it's really nice when that happens!), and finished feeling great.
