First day of my 5K training. This is my 1st 5K and I took a workout from Runner's World. These 2 miles were great. I felt great through the whole run and did not wear like I thought I would. Supposed to run 15:39 miles but ran a little faster.


Prepare the yellow jersey. Lance has some new competition.
