    had a nice morning run, hams are getting better. i guess it's a go for sunday's half, will just treat it as an lsd.

    Still felt the pain at the top of my foot, and my hams are tight. Need to streeeeeeetch!

    Ran inside the village, wanted to do more but a slight pain on the top of my right foot compelled me to cut the run short. I think the shoe laces were a bit tight.

    Woke up late again, should have been a longer run but have to cut it short because of the heat. Went to Antipolo Church via Valley Golf/Victoria Valley/Hinulugan Taktak and back, lots of people, signs of Holy week getting near. Another great workout. =)
