Yoga is always a good idea but especially critical after a race or hard training. Did a combo of some faves including downward dog, planks, lunges, IT band stretches, pigeon series and other core/ab sequences, finishing with legs up the wall. Got out of the habit of doing my 3-5 times a week routines but I'm declaring my intention here to get back to this again.
