Had a good time running after work tonight. Warmed up the first mile slowly in 10:50 and then mixed in some intervals, roughly quarter miles (6.5...7.0 mph) with quarter rest (5.7-5.8 mph). Legs and knees are feeling good for training season. Kept the incline at just 0.5% after yesterday's hilly neighborhood run.
