good TM Interval Workout 3.75 mi 00:36 09:34 pace

Warmed up with moderate paced running for ~2 miles (19:35), then did 400m x4 (at 7, 7.2, 7.4, 7.6 mph) intervals with 400m slow jog recoveries. That last repeat was hard, but the nice thing about intervals measured by distance is that the faster you run them, the sooner they are over! :)

+ 5 min walk cool-down +10 min stretching + mini-core: 30 crunches x2 + 20 leg curls

Tomorrow is a rest & massage day! Yay!

I have a silly question. How far is 400m on the TM? I am used to working in metric, but my TM is in miles.

    Great workout as always Cristy!

Nice intervals! And good point about the faster you do em the sooner they are over! I was trying to decide if I should do tempo or speed tomorrow, and after seeing your post, i am gonna go for speed! Thanks!
