Felt great to sweat in the middle of the day after 4 hours of meetings & conference calls. Did a gradually increasing pace with "ladders" every mile. 1% incline. Splits: 10:42, 9:44, 9:18, 49 sec for last 0.1 mi. It has been a busy week but these breaks are what keep me sane! Hope you're having a good one, friends!

Nice! I could never find the time during the day. When i took lunch workout breaks it always took me at least 1-1/2 hours including getting ready again. Summer is easier because I can just rinse and wear a pony.

Took me about an hour and 15 min. But I came in half hour early and left half hour late, so it's not an issue. :-)
