Felt really good. Was planning to do a "recovery" run but had enough energy for some TM games (mixing up speeds, etc) and tomorrow have a planned day off running so decided to work short but with intensity.

Core work:
Leg curls 15x2, crunches 30x3, rev cycle 30x2, side planks 2 sets each side 10-15 sec each. Lunges, quad & hammy stretches, sunbird lifts: 10 each side.

    Mixing things up on the treadmill is the only way to go..at least for me.. Great job on the the core work afterwards!
