First half mile warm-up in 5:05. Then 6 repeats of 0.1 mi fast/0.1 slow starting at 6.6mph and ending at 7.2 mph. That felt great! Used my Nike Frees to focus on form.

    The frees do seem to help me focus more on landing on the forefoot. I only use them for ~1 workout a week because I think I usually need the cushioning when I run but I generally feel fine with more effort in my calves and feet than with the regular "brick" shoes. :)
