      Hi Cristen I will be volunteering at the Pflug Tri this year at the transition area so I wish you the best of luck. Look for me ill be wearing my Brooks Visor and would enjoy meeting you in person. I would love to know more about the Masters swim team you work with. I'm currently looking for a swim program to join.

      Kelley, sorry I didn't get to meet you today! I can give you any info you want on my swim class. Its through Brushy Creek Rec Center, and you can sign up monthly. Claudia Spooner is the coach and she's great, whatever your level is.

    Explored the bikeway with John farther than he'd ever gone on it before, well into Denton. Very nice to ride without fear of being clipped by a motorist. Great cool weather too!
