    Despite that it was beautiful outdside I ran at the Y indoors and followed with some strength work. I did swim after the run for most of the day and enjoy the weather:) I'll miss you weekend

    My son at the Track and Field Junior Olympics this week. He met Carl Lewis and got a photo and autograph, PR'd in the 800m and ran well in the 1500m!

    Last day in Port Austin-ran a 1 mile out and back from the Lake walkway then ran the 1 mile walkway. I'll post a pic-it's a great spot

    Ran in Port Austin along Lake Huron and on a walkway that jets into the Lake. Very relaxing morning run:)

    Ran on the hotel TM and plan on running outside tomorrow as we are now in Port Austin, Michigan staying on Lake Huron-there is a great jetty run from the beach-can't wait until morning for that!

    Hip has been hurting so I chose to use the eliptical instead of running. I have been wearing sandals and flip flops and not wearing my heel lift in my left heel and I think that is the problem

      If I'm giving a choice between running in heat & humidity or air conditioning - climate controlled cool air and low humidity would always win. Smart training, Cris. Great job on the 3 miler.
