(I named it that) ha! it probably has a real name- a bungee cord belted around waist & tied to platform @ one end of pool....swim as hard as you can for a 'timed session' till coach blows whistle (did 10 repeats)... I made it abou 18 yards....no one made it to the other wall .my back is fatigued today from pulling so hard...

My 8yo's school had "Race for Education " on Friday in Marquette Park. I decided to run with him for the entire hour. I have never run for an hour berfore. I took off, locked in my pace and just ran!!! About 45 mins in I was starting to feel the suttle hills and stuff alot more but was still able to hang in there. I didn't count my laps but I think I went about 5 miles. LOL!! So I guess I run at a blazing 5mph!! Whhooo just call me lightning! HA
