    Went to Los Cab with Chris and Thalia. I love to be in the water. Don't mind swimming either. I just need to swim more often so that I can swim faster.

    It was my first day back at running after my knee injury. It felt pretty good and was frustrated at my pace but I am doing it. I did a 2:1 run/walk to keep it easy on my knees.
