    Recovery swim with Victoria. 200 WU w/ kickboard, 3x300 (8-9 mins each), 200 CD kick. Felt tired but it did help me loosen up.

    First long ride of the season done! Some hills but nothing terrible, went down to the second chain ring a few times, avoided granny gear. Hope to do the same route faster next time :)

      Miles are miles and playing with the dogs totally counts and sounds like fun. I like it!

      Dogs are the best training partners -- they don't care about numbers on the watch, just finding a good place to poop and trying to figure out how to chase squirrels up trees!
