Hill repeats on treadmill

Hit the LifeFitness treadmill at 3:15 am before my shift at 5am. Ran the hill program at level 16. Hill's height varied between 6.5% low end to 12% high end.


That is a hill program! Fantastic run this morning Paul.

Wow! That is a crazy program! I did a similar program yesterday but my hills topped out at 9%. I could not imagine anything higher! And I only did 3 miles! It's a tough workout!
