Taking a rest day after literally being on my feet all day at work. Tomorrow is Week 3, Day 3 of my C2K5. Temps supposed to be in the 50s. Off the dreadmill (a la Katie) and into the great outdoors.

    Seriously, you'll laugh. It's just alternating 90 secs walking and running with 3 mins walking and running. But, dude, three minutes can seem like forever! Especially on a treadmill!

    Good point. I just looked ahead to Monday, Week 4 Day 1. Which, in retrospect, was a bad idea. OMFGBBQWOW!

    Well, keep me in your thoughts....I go back to running 5 miles on Monday....From Grace to TCC and back...phew!
