    I ran with the girls and their school running club on Tuesday, but my knees are really suffering, so I've been taking a few days recovery time. I'm probably going to have to dial back to walking until I lose some serious weight (maybe 20 or so pounds), since I don't want to spend the second half of my life with titanium knees.
