Did an easy 30 minute walk at 3.5 with 5 minute warm-up and cool-down. Mentally preparing for the 20 minute run tomorrow. Hold me.

    Can't wait to hear how 20 minutes goes....when Kasey did hers, she was doubtful....but she did it! She only has 5 training days left of the C25K! Woohoo!

    Awesome. Can't believe she's almost done!
    Yesterday was my first day with the two 8 minute runs and I would never have believed that it wasn't really any harder than a 5 minute run. Rob's going with me for moral support, though. Positive vibes my way are VERY MUCH appreciated.
