    I don't know if you'll be ready or not, but Kasey and I are registering for the St. Patrick's Day run which takes place on March 13th. It's a 5K down Peoria. It starts at about 43rd, goes to 29th, and turns around. You should do it...that's little less than a month, and hell, if you have to walk part of it, so be it! Set a goal race!...oh and in April, I'm running another 10K in Stillwater--through campus...it's honoring the 10 who died in the plane crash....they offer a 5K too....look in to it!

    If I stay on track with my C25K, I'll have finished Week Seven by that time, so 25 minutes of running at a time. I added it to my calendar and I'll definitely go for it, as long as my program stays on track and I keep making forward progress. Would love to run it! Fingers crossed.
