I'm foregoing my C25K this week (Week Four) due to mild shin splints. Rob has been using his elbows to massage them out each evening, which FREAKING HURTS. Also, looks like I kinked my lower left back from falling while ice skating on Sunday. Anyway, taking it easy this week and sticking with bi-daily walking on the treadmill at max 3.5 speed.
