Did you warmup enough first? I find that unless I walk at least 5 minutes, my shins will scream at me until they are almost numb! Ice yourself down and give it a good rest. You'll be ready for next time!

For some reason (I have no idea why) when it starts to get hard I begin to hear in my head the song "The Wheels on the Bus". I'll be truckin' along sometimes singing "The wheels on the bus... (breathe breathe breath) go round and round... (breathe breath breath) round and round..." This started about a month ago.

Craig - just catching up - I think you should modify for what works for you. Take it at your own pace and just keep on moving. I am happy that you are staying with it.
