    It's not like you think, single leg is misleading... dominant leg is a more appropriate description. One leg does 90% of the work until fatigue. Then the other takes over. I warmed up for about 10 minutes and did the drill for rest of the ride.

    During comp? Not exactly sure what you mean by comp, but guessing on a compu-trainer. Yes, might make more sense.
