Long Run 22 mi 03:26 09:21 pace

Solid run. Rain and a bit of wind at the beginning, wasn't as unpleasant as I thought it was going to be. Mist towards the end, at least it was warm. Set myself up a little aid station on my porch and did loops.

Every other loop (about 4.75 miles) took a swig of perpetuem, gatorade, water and a salt stick. Pain at 17 and 20.5, otherwise uneventful.

Plan:

Nice steady zone 2 pace or RPE levels 3-5. However I would like you to push the last mile a little harder.

@Will With the rain and the wind I didn't know what to expect, so I hung close. I *really* wanted this run to be a success.

@Rhonda I like the mental challenge. I also really don't like carrying hydration and nutrition on the run. I'll have to mix it up a bit though to give my legs some different terrain.
