Oops, forgot to enter this on Thursday. I had taken a few days off (to rest & let my antibiotics work on my sinus infection). Just went out for a quick run today to get back into it before the Blarney run on Saturday. I was surprised I was able to run as quickly as I did and afterward I felt so energized, after feeling very blah and not exercising for 3 days.
