    Rode with Alyssa G.'s niece around the loop at our house. She just learned how to ride her bike so after a seat adjustment, she was doing great!

    This was yesterday afternoon, ran around the neighborhood as a test drive from being sick and before boot camp on Tuesday morning. Didn't feel too bad but it was HOT.

      Insanity is out of control. I do that couple times a week. Brutal, but you will def burn cals and get in shape! Do P90 too. Both are intense. Insanity is def more intense.

    Ran a giant loop around the neighborhood with Alyssa for her half training. I started after her, caught up with her and ran a bit then went on. It was a good Sunday morning.

    Bootcamp this past Tuesday and this morning. Today we did some work with the ketteball. I'm enjoying this class just don't tell Alyssa.

    Friday-First REAL, full day of boot camp. Did a combo of lifts and fancy footwork as I like to call it. I'm pretty good at the fancy footwork if I do say so myself.

    Thursday-Talked about nutrition (I have to keep count of my calories. Good thing my wife Alyssa G. will help!) and did a 30 minute workout.

    Tuesday-First day of boot camp, we had a timed mile like gym class. I got 5th in the class. Hopefully this speed will increase by the end of the session.

    Tuesday-I started Boot Camp this past week at 5am. Tuesday was the first day and we just did evals. I did 40 push-ups in 2 minutes and 20 sit-ups in 2 minutes.

    Alyssa and I ran through Cottleville, I ran ahead a few times and doubled back to her. No one was out on the trail but us, guess the rain scared them away.
