      Awesome to see you running again!! Also impressed that you were able to do that pace with your fur friend ... mine stops & sniffs too much; our pace is SLOW when she runs with me!! I don't have any connection to Chad other than being a fellow runner, but he is very much on my mind as well.

    I havent been able to eat much lately and I realized how much that made lifting weights so much harder. I had to go down a lot in weight but was able to get it done.

    i didnt time anything and took it really light. had to ice for a while after but progress. one day i will be running good again!

    nice easy ride trailing behind the dog so she didnt pull. just trying to get use to riding and my knee rotating, didnt feel too shabby but lets be real I am a total bike novice!

    this class was all about holding poses and get deep stretches. Alot of the positions were bending the knee which is still so hard for me but working out the muscles and knee to get it back to normal!

    Oh good lord, I dont think I could even call this a run! Not sure my body was ready for every other day! Oh well, keep trucking along and will in the future avoid running at 6:30 in 90 degree weather!

    Trying to run every other day, a bit harder than it use to be but didnt seem to have much knee issues. Keep the distance and the pace at a level where it wasnt too much of an issue.
