Good long run this morning. Probably had a better run than my last 14 miler even though I was just under 2 minutes slower. Just trying to keep the pace slow and easy and it was a total success this morning. I'm wrapping up the week tomorrow with an easy 6 miles and looking forward to another good training week next week.
