    LOTS of circuit training..went good though. Felt the Burn!

    Not good, part of it was on a trail (unexpected) and my mom twisted her ankle on a rock so we had to slow down. No big injury, she's a little sore but def glad we made it out there.

    A little dry heaving after a run never killed anyone, right? Picked up my pace a little too fast too soon but didn't want to give up before I finished. At least I know I can push myself :)
