    It was cool. I've started to venture out of my neighborhood onto a back road. It is more fun/easier to add miles to the run when there isn't any repetition.

    It went decently. I had to stop running a couple of times. I intended it to be an easy going run because I usually ride 20 miles the day after wards. It was disappointing either way.
