    After not running for a week, this was rough. But, I'm dedicated to get back into the saddle and start running longer distances again. Had to stop and walk a couple times.

      why beat the rain? running in the rain is the *best*...unless it's freezing out. But for summer running if it's raining it's better in my opinion :).

    My lack of dedication over the last couple of weeks (traveling, etc) has made these short runs harder. Actually walked a bit in the middle. :( This week begins a strict schedule again.

      Don't get too down on yourself for what you did not do previously. Look forward with a positive attitude. "Strict Schedule" doesn't sound like the Corey I know....

      :) Thanks. Yeah, strict schedule isn't exactly my style, but I do want to run 3-4 days a week. I am in training, after all. :)
