    Lots of sprints again thanks to the young whippersnappers on the other team, and on mine. Pulled a quad at almost half time so the second half was a bit more stationary.

      Ice and warm compression packs with Motrin or Advil. Plenty of massage therapy if you can find a trust worthy partner.

    Wow, the child trailer really has a lot of wind drag! Had to put a fair bit of effort in to get a decent road speed. Luckily for me it's a public holiday so the road was pretty quiet.
