      Wow, thanks Treva! Im training for my first Ragnar, my first triathlon, and my second half marathon :). Makes me nervous just typing it out loud! Coming off a knee injury too so I'm trying to be smart and train a little different than I did for races last year. What about you, which race(s) do you have your sights on?

      That is so exciting! My sister did Ragnar last year and had a great time. I'm sure you will too. I've been thinking about a triathlon, but I'm not a great swimmer so it's still a scary proposition. As for the half marathon I'm training for - haven't really decided but leaning toward one on Sept 1 sponsored by TeamOrtho (Get Lucky/Monster Dash people). Guess I'd better decide soon. :-) Good luck with your training. Looking forward to the updates.
