    I did a cycling workout on my trainer. 10 minute warm up, 5 x 1 minute pedaling on each leg thingy, and then 3 x 15 second sprints with a 3 ,minute recovery and then a 10 minute cool down

    I did a tempo run 2 mile warm up and 4 mile tempo run right around 830. I felt ok but not in as shape as I have been.

    I went for a quick 4 mile run and ran pretty even miles varying between 8:45- 8:52. I also did 10 sets of stair climbs before the last mile. (450 stairs total)
