W3D1 C25K and it went okay. My legs are still bothering me, but I'm trying to keep it up so they get used to the exertion. Got my HR department to change the no water on machines rule so I kept well hydrated today and that helped a bunch. I am still not sure of the shin splints but my legs feel better today than they did last week, so maybe it's just muscle soreness from the fact that I'm not used to this level of exercise. I did cut the run short today because of the leg pain. While there's something to be said for pushing through, I don't want to push through pain that may be trying to tell me something more is going on. We'll see how it goes next time.
