Chest Press- 5x 35lbs
Back (Close Grip Lat Pulldown) 5x 50lbs
Back ( Row) 7x 70lbs
Shoulders ( Overhead Press) 5x 50lbs
Biceps ( Arm Curl) 5x 35lbs
Triceps (Arm Extension) 6x 20lbs
Legs Press 8x 90lbs
Leg Eextension 8x 45lbs
Leg Curl 8x 35lbs
Ab Crunch 5x 70lbs
Ab ( Lower Back Extension) 5x 60
