Nice morning, 79 degrees.... Jogged every .50 miles/walked the other half, till I reached 5 miles! I need to add more strenght training to my legs, hmmm,really my whole body, who am I kidding. LOL: I will be adding this to my workouts, this coming fall. Tired from this run, but good!
