l love working out first thing in the morning, but wasn't feeling good. Time was moving fast today, cause I kept saying, I feel better, but wasn't in the mood now. It was 6:00pm, and I said, just get it over with. Glad I did and felt great! TreadClimber machine, burned 678 calories! Tomorrow, back to my regular schedule!
