4 sets of 10 deck squats and 20 pushups, ..... a nice little workout at the YMCA after my run. My deck squats are getting better- only fell on my butt once!


Yes! Nice -- you should try a deck squat-burpee-push up combo. I'll be doing some tomorrow and will post a video.
